Training Programs
Hands-on, field-based training for government officials, community workers, and NGO staff delivering CHRSD national programmes.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Field-based capacity building
CHRSD training programmes are designed by practitioners, for practitioners. Each programme is directly tied to a national initiative (NSADMP, SDAMSMP, or the AI Vision Care Initiative) and combines classroom instruction with field exercises. Attendance is mandatory for all CHRSD field officers and available to government counterparts on request.
