Training Programs

Hands-on, field-based training for government officials, community workers, and NGO staff delivering CHRSD national programmes.

Field-based capacity building

CHRSD training programmes are designed by practitioners, for practitioners. Each programme is directly tied to a national initiative — the National Smart Afforestation & Digital Monitoring Programme (NSADMP), the Smart Digital Attendance Management System & Monitoring Programme (SDAMSMP), or the AI Vision Care Initiative — and combines classroom instruction with field exercises. Attendance is mandatory for all CHRSD field officers and available to government counterparts on request.
