How we work
Our partnership principles
Mission alignment
Partners share our rights-based, community-first approach. We decline arrangements that undercut our founding mandate.
Mutual accountability
Every partnership carries clear deliverables and joint reporting. Both parties own outcomes and both parties can walk if the terms are breached.
Community primacy
Programme design begins with the affected community, not the funder. Partners agree to community consent and feedback loops as non-negotiable.
No conditions on advocacy
Funding never comes with a veto over CHRSD's public positions. Our advocacy is independent of any partner's commercial or political interests.

Quarterly progress reviews, annual audit, and a joint public-facing report at the end of each partnership year.
