Community Welfare Projects

Direct-service programmes for the most vulnerable: children, elderly, disabled, and disaster-affected families.

Community Welfare bundles CHRSD's frontline programmes into a single co-ordinated portfolio: nutrition support for under-5 children, cash-for-work after cyclones, disability inclusion in local governance, and eldercare pilots in three districts.

Every project is delivered through community-elected committees so accountability stays local.

Program Objectives

Reach 100,000 people per year with direct welfare support, prioritising women and children.
