INDEPENDENT GUIDANCE
The CHRSD Advisory Board comprises six independent experts drawn from environmental science, public administration, development economics, law, technology, and international development. Members serve in a voluntary, advisory capacity and are not employed by CHRSD. The board meets twice annually and provides strategic guidance on programme design, risk management, and organisational governance.

GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK
Full board convenes every June and December to review programme performance, financial health, and strategic direction.
Board members serve in a purely advisory, unpaid capacity. They hold no executive authority and are not employed by CHRSD.
Members declare conflicts annually and recuse themselves from any discussion where a conflict of interest arises.
The Executive Director's office manages board papers, minutes, and follow-up actions. Minutes are filed with NGO Affairs Bureau annually.
