Secretary General of the CHRSD Foundation.Md Motalib Hossain is a Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) graduate with an academic background in Sociology and a strong interest in human rights, social development, environmental sustainability, and community development. He has experience in social and humanitarian initiatives and is actively engaged in research, advocacy, and community-focused development activities.

To strengthen his professional knowledge, he has also completed specialized courses in Mastering Health and Safety Management and Essentials of Environmental Governance & Sustainability, developed and delivered by UniAthena in partnership with Cambridge International Qualifications, UK.

His professional interests include human rights, social justice, environmental governance, sustainable development, humanitarian action, and evidence-based community development.
