The Smart Digital Attendance Management System & Monitoring Programme (SDAMSMP) is CHRSD's national education-technology initiative, delivered in coordination with the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education (MoPME) and the Directorate of Primary Education (DPE).
The pilot demonstrated a 76.6% reduction in daily administrative time for headmasters (from 47 to 11 minutes), enrolled 7,740 teachers across 951 schools, and identified a 2.3% attendance anomaly rate requiring HR review. National scale-up covers 379,624 teachers across 65,566+ schools.
