Human Rights Advocacy

Rights education, monitoring, and public-interest litigation with a special focus on climate-vulnerable communities.

Our Human Rights Advocacy programme runs three tracks: (1) community rights education workshops in villages and factories, (2) documentation of rights violations especially in the context of climate displacement, and (3) strategic public-interest litigation in coordination with our Legal Aid clinics.

In the last three years the programme has documented over 4,000 cases and supported 40 strategic lawsuits across land rights, women's rights, and disability rights.

Program Objectives

Advance rights protection through legal action, documentation, and civic education.
