Track 1 — SDAMSMP

Headmaster Orientation Programme

Government Primary School Headmaster Orientation for the Smart Digital Attendance Management System

  5. Understand data privacy obligations for teacher biometric data

Rollout schedule

Track 2 — NSADMP

Field Forester Training Programme

Mobile-GIS Geo-tagging and Field Verification Training for NSADMP Field Foresters

  2. Nevronus mobile application: installation, login, and dashboard navigation
  3. GIS Plot ID assignment workflow: scanning, entering species code, recording GPS coordinates
  4. Photography standards: angle, resolution, and framing requirements for photographic evidence
  5. Practical exercise: Mock planting event with full GIS tagging workflow
Day 2 Field audit, verification, and data submission
  1. NDVI threshold interpretation: what Healthy, Stressed, and Critical means in the field
  2. Species identification: priority species for each ecological zone
  3. Tree health assessment: height measurement, canopy diameter, pest and disease flags
  4. Quarterly field verification audit protocol and documentation standards
  5. Data submission and offline-sync procedures for areas with poor connectivity
  6. Practical exercise: Field audit of previously planted plot with full verification workflow

Data Privacy & Safeguarding Induction

Mandatory induction for all CHRSD staff, consultants, field officers, and volunteers

Completion of this induction is a condition of engagement for all CHRSD staff and associates. Annual refresh completions are tracked by the CHRSD HR and Compliance team.

Enrolment and scheduling

Training enrolment for SDAMSMP and NSADMP field programmes is coordinated through CHRSD programme management and district-level implementing partners. The Data Privacy and Safeguarding Induction is administered centrally through the CHRSD HR and Compliance team.
