Programme Officer — Environmental Sustainability
Support delivery of NSADMP Phase II across coastal districts, including field coordination, community liaison, and GIS data verification.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Development Studies, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant field programme experience
- Proficiency in Bengali (written and spoken); English working level
- Willingness to travel to field sites (up to 40% of time)

Early career
Internship programme
CHRSD runs a rolling internship programme for students and recent graduates who want to build practical experience in development research and community programmes. Interns are supervised, paid a monthly stipend, and — where appropriate — credited as co-contributors on research outputs.
