Programme Officer — Environmental Sustainability

Full-time Dhaka (with field travel) Closes 15 July 2026

Support delivery of NSADMP Phase II across coastal districts, including field coordination, community liaison, and GIS data verification.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Development Studies, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant field programme experience
  • Proficiency in Bengali (written and spoken); English working level
  • Willingness to travel to field sites (up to 40% of time)

Research Analyst — Socio-Economic Studies

Early career

Internship programme

CHRSD runs a rolling internship programme for students and recent graduates who want to build practical experience in development research and community programmes. Interns are supervised, paid a monthly stipend, and — where appropriate — credited as co-contributors on research outputs.
