Advisory Board

CHRSD's Advisory Board comprises senior practitioners from law, public administration, environmental science, and international development. They provide independent strategic guidance and governance oversight.

Board mandate

What the Advisory Board does

The Advisory Board meets quarterly and provides independent oversight of CHRSD's strategic direction, programme quality, and financial integrity.

Strategic oversight

Review and endorse CHRSD's multi-year strategic plan and annual programme portfolio.

Financial governance

Review audited financial statements, approve budget frameworks, and ensure funds are used as intended.

Quality assurance

Assess programme evaluation findings and advise on methodology, evidence standards, and impact measurement.

Independence safeguard

Ensure CHRSD's research and advocacy remain free from undue influence by donors, government, or other external actors.
